The 2026 UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship runs until Friday 10 July in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is staging these finals for the first time.

Group A will conclude on Friday, when either Germany or Poland will join Sweden in progressing to Tuesday's semi-finals. On Saturday, Spain or Switzerland will claim the remaining last-four place with Austria's spot already secure.

On Wednesday, Austria sealed progress from Group B as they followed their opening 3-0 win against Iceland by beating Switzerland 3-1 in Sarajevo. Switzerland opened with a 2-2 draw against holders Spain, whose bid for a fifth straight title then got into gear with a 4-0 win that ended Iceland's hopes in Zenica.

Matchday 2 in Group A was on Tuesday, starting with Sweden following their 1-0 defeat of Poland with a 5-0 win against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Zenica. The hosts previously lost 5-0 to Germany, who drew 1-1 with Poland in Sarajevo, meaning Sweden are into the semis and Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot reach the last four.
