Giveaway Rules

Territory - Anywhere in the world where Crypto.com operates

Age Requirements - 18 or over

Entry Requirements - To enter the Giveaway to win the Prize, You must, whilst being logged in to your MyUEFA account:

1) Visit the Giveaway Platform;

2) Indicate that you are older than 18 (verification checks will be conducted); and

3) Click “Enter Now”.

Prize - The Prize shall consist of:

• Two (2) tickets for the 2027 UEFA Champions League Final in Madrid on 5 June 2027 (for the Winner and one (1) guest); and
• Cronos (CRO) cryptocurrency tokens equivalent to the value of €10,000, with the amount of CRO tokens as determined by Crypto.com with reference to the CRO/EURO conversion rate on Crypto.com (https://crypto.com/uk/price/cronos/eur) at 12:00 CET on the date of Prize fulfilment (namely, when the tokens are distributed to the Winner’s account) on the Crypto.com App (the “Reward”). The value of the Reward may go up or down as the value of the underlying digital asset increases or decreases after Prize fulfilment.

Eligibility and conditions for the Reward:

• To be eligible for the Reward, unless otherwise specified, participants must not be residents of jurisdictions where the Crypto.com App is geo-restricted, as listed here.
• The Winner of the Reward must be or become a Crypto.com App user who has completed identity verification and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App to claim the Reward. UEFA and Crypto.com reserve the right to disqualify any Winner that fails identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. In this case, the Winner will not be entitled to an alternative prize.
• The Winner of the Reward will need to provide a valid email address linked to their Crypto.com App account within 72 hours of being notified of their win, in order to claim the Reward. If a selected entrant does not provide the required information within this time, an alternative recipient will be chosen.
• The Reward will be credited to the recipient’s Crypto.com App account in CRO within thirty (30) days after the prize has been awarded.
• Token Rewards: The Reward shall be distributed as tokens to the Winner’s Crypto.com App account in CRO tokens.
• Without limiting the foregoing, the recipient acknowledges and agrees that the price of CRO is subject to market fluctuations and may rise or fall after fulfilment of the Reward. Any subsequent price movement will not give rise to any obligation on Crypto.com or UEFA to adjust, top up, substitute, exchange, or otherwise compensate the recipient. Crypto.com and UEFA make no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the future price, performance, or liquidity of CRO, and shall have no liability for any loss, shortfall, opportunity cost, or other consequence arising from post-distribution price movements. Any retail value communicated in connection with the Reward is indicative only and based on market conditions at the time of calculation.
• Crypto.com is solely responsible for the fulfilment and distribution of the Reward.

1 Organisation of the Giveaway

1.1 These rules (the “Rules") apply to the Giveaway of the Prize to be undertaken on the Giveaway Platform. The Giveaway is run by UEFA.

1.2 The Giveaway is open from the Start Date to the Closing Date (inclusive) on the Giveaway Platform. UEFA reserves the right to alter or remove the Giveaway at its sole discretion, including if UEFA determines at any time that the provision of the Reward is impractical, unlawful, or subject to regulatory restrictions in any relevant jurisdiction. All competition entries must be received by UEFA by the Closing Date and any entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

2 Conditions of participation

2.1 Entry to and participation in the Giveaway is free and without obligation of purchase.

2.2 The Giveaway is open to residents in the Territory with the exception of UEFA members of staff and members of staff of companies involved in making available the Giveaway.

2.3 Every application to participate in the Giveaway must be made by a natural person (“Participant”, “You”, “Your”).

2.4 Participants must meet the Age Requirements to enter the Giveaway. UEFA may require you to provide proof that you meet the Age Requirements to enter the Giveaway. Access may be obtained and used only by individual, independent persons who meet the Age Requirements (or at least of legal age in their country of residence if such age exceeds eighteen (18)).

2.5 By entering and participating in the Giveaway, You are bound by the Rules and the Website Terms and Conditions and You confirm that You have read and expressly accepted the Rules and the Website Terms and Conditions.

2.6 You are responsible for ensuring that Your participation is made in compliance with all applicable laws of Your country of residence, including with respect to the acceptance of the Prizes. UEFA shall bear no responsibility for entries which are not compliant (for any reason whatsoever) with the relevant applicable laws. In particular, Participants in jurisdictions within the Territory where Crypto.com does not operate shall not be able to claim the Prize and UEFA reserves the right not to award the Prize to a Participant in any such jurisdiction.

2.7 In respect of Your participation in the Giveaway and Your access to and use of the Giveaway Platform, You are required to fill in personal details. You agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself (including as part of the access process); and (ii) maintain and promptly update Your personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

2.8 If You provide, or UEFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that You have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or UEFA otherwise reasonably considers that You have failed to comply with any provisions of these rules, UEFA has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your access and refuse You access to any and all current or future use of the Giveaway Platform (or any portion thereof).

3 Mechanics of the Giveaway, Prize and selection of the Winner

 Mechanics 

3.1 To enter the Giveaway to win the Prize, You must fulfil the Entry Requirements.

3.2 You may only enter the Giveaway once.

3.3 The number of winning entries of the Prize will be the Number of Winners, who will be selected by UEFA at random from the valid entries (the “Prize Winner” or “Winner”).

3.4 The Winner will be contacted after the Closing Date.

Prize

3.5 The Winner will be contacted on behalf of UEFA by act.3 GmbH via email and asked to provide valid identification documentation, their full name, email address, country of residence in order to receive the Prize. The Winner must be a Crypto.com App user who has completed identity verification and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App to claim the reward.

3.6 Entry to the Giveaway is via the entrant's MyUEFA account. If selected as a winner, an email notification will be sent to the Winner’s MyUEFA email address. The Winner must then log in to their Crypto.com App account to claim the prize, and the CRO cryptocurrency will be awarded to the authorised account holder of that Crypto.com App account. For the purposes of these Terms, the "authorised account holder" is the individual registered to that Crypto.com App account in Crypto.com's internal systems and who is the Winner of the Prize. The Winner will be notified within thirty (30) days (or within such other period as UEFA may specify) following the end of the Giveaway, by email (to the email address associated with their MyUEFA account) or by such other method as UEFA may determine. The Winner may be required to confirm their email address and/or phone number and to provide any further information or documentation reasonably requested. Subject to the Winner complying with all applicable requirements (including completion of the prize fulfilment form provided by Crypto.com), transfer of the Prize will be made to the Winner's Crypto.com App account within thirty (30) days of UEFA's receipt and verification of the requested information and documentation.

3.7 UEFA shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to Winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, is ineligible and/or fails to claim the Prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative Winner selected.

3.8 The designation of the Winner will happen once their eligibility for the relevant Prize has been verified.

3.9 UEFA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the Winner from participation in the Giveaway and receipt of any of the Prizes if such Winner and/or guest

a) fails to comply with the directions of UEFA or any other companies associated with the Prize;

b) fails to comply with any applicable third party terms and conditions;

c) act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public;

d) is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others, or act in a way that is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Giveaway; or

e) uses, or if UEFA reasonably suspects the Winner may use, the Prizes for any commercial purpose.

3.10 The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4 General

4.1 The Prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising the Giveaway. No cash or other alternative will be offered by UEFA or Crypto.com. The Prize is non-transferable.

4.2 Except for the delivery cost of sending the Prize to the Winner, any and all other costs and expenses (including travel costs) involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the Prize, and any reporting obligations relating to the same, are the responsibility of the Winner.

4.3 UEFA will not accept responsibility for Giveaway entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed in transit or otherwise not received by UEFA, regardless of cause (including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind).

4.4 Insofar as is permitted by law, UEFA and its agents and/or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or any participants or accept any liability for any loss (whether indirect, consequential, financial or otherwise), damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of UEFA and its agents and/or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.5 UEFA shall be entitled to change or withdraw any of the Prizes at its absolute discretion and for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any Prize and/or restriction due to the Covid-19 pandemic or other force majeure events).

4.6 UEFA shall not be liable to any Winner if the Prize cannot be delivered and/or supplied (including due to any force majeure event which may include but is not limited to natural disaster, conflict or war, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attacks, fires, labour strikes, industrial action, or any other event that is beyond UEFA’s control). Further, UEFA will not be responsible for the Winner(s) not taking advantage of the Prize due to ill health or any other reason.

4.7 UEFA shall have no liability whatsoever for any failure, delay, or inability of Crypto.com to distribute the Reward, or for any loss of CRO arising from the insolvency, security breach, or operational failure of Crypto.com or the Crypto.com App.

4.8 For the avoidance of doubt, the use of any Prize shall be subject to any relevant third-party service providers’ terms and conditions.

5 Privacy

5.1 By entering the Giveaway, UEFA will use the personal data provided on the Giveaway Platform at the time of the creation of your personal MyUEFA account on UEFA.com.

5.2 The personal data requested to enter the Giveaway is necessary to make and handle Your participation and/or to be able to award the Prize.

5.3 UEFA will disclose certain personal data of the Winner to act.3 GmbH ( Käthe-Dassler-Strasse 2, 91074 Herzogenaurach, Germany), appointed by UEFA for the purpose of organizing the Prize, acting as data processors in this context, and to Crypto.com (namely, to the applicable service entity identified in the Crypto.com Privacy Notice as set out below in Clause 5.6), for the purpose of fulfilling the Prize, acting as an independent data controller in this context.

5.4 If You have provided consent at the time of entry of the Giveaway, certain of Your personal data (first name, last name, email address, age, country) will be transferred to and processed by Crypto.com (namely, to the applicable service entity identified in the Crypto.com Privacy Notice as set out below in Clause 5.6) for marketing purposes.

5.5 The personal data gathered is only collected and processed by UEFA for no longer than is necessary for handling Your request/the above requirements, unless otherwise provided by law.

5.6 You understand and acknowledge that Your personal data is being collected, processed and supplied during the course of this Giveaway in accordance with UEFA’s Privacy Notice set out at: https://www.uefa.com/privacypolicy/index.html. The Crypto.com Privacy Notice is set out at: https://crypto.com/privacy/en/marketing will apply for the purpose of marketing (if applicable) and fulfilling the Prizes.

5.7 Without limiting the above, if You win the Giveaway accept the Prize, You and Your guest (if applicable) agree that You may be filmed or photographed and that images and audio-visual footage of You and Your guest may be used by UEFA and their commercial partners for promotional and commercial purposes.

6 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

These Rules and the relationship between You and UEFA shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. All disputes in connection with these Rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon, Switzerland.

El Segundo Premio consistirá en:

1 Organización del Sorteo

3 Mecánica del Sorteo, Premio y selección del Ganador

3.1 Para participar en el Sorteo y ganar el premio, debe cumplir con los Requisitos de Participación.

3.2 Puede participar una vez en cada Plataforma de UEFA al mes, lo que permite un máximo de dos (2) participaciones por Participante al mes.

3.3 El número de participaciones ganadoras del Premio será el Número de Ganadores, que serán seleccionados al azar entre las participaciones válidas por UEFA (los "Ganadores del Premio" o los "Ganadores").

3.4 El Ganador del Primer Premio será contactado después de la Fecha de Cierre, y doce (12) Ganadores de Segundos Premios serán contactados al final de cada mes del calendario.

3.5 PromoVeritas se pondrá en contacto con los Ganadores en nombre de UEFA por correo electrónico a través de ucltheperfectmatch@promowinners.com y les pedirá que proporcionen documentación de identificación válida, su dirección, dirección de correo electrónico y número de contacto para poder recibir el Premio. También se le solicitará al Ganador del Primer Premio que proporcione pruebas de que está en condiciones de viajar, por ejemplo, un pasaporte válido u otra documentación de viaje válida.

3.6 UEFA notificará al Ganador en un plazo de setenta y dos (72) horas a partir de la fecha de su selección. UEFA no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad si un Ganador no recibe ninguna notificación debido a cualquier motivo, incluidos, entre otros, los ajustes de spam, correo no deseado u otros ajustes de seguridad de los Ganadores, o por el hecho de que el Ganador haya proporcionado información de contacto incorrecta o que no funcione. Si el Ganador seleccionado no responde, no puede ser contactado, no cumple los requisitos o no reclama el Primer Premio en un plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas o el Segundo Premio en un plazo de catorce (14) días a partir del momento en que se envió la notificación del premio, el Premio podrá ser anulado y se seleccionará un Ganador alternativo.

3.7 La designación del Ganador se producirá una vez verificado que cumple todos los requisitos para optar al Premio correspondiente.

3.8 UEFA se reserva el derecho, a su absoluta discreción, de excluir al Ganador de la participación en el Sorteo y de recibir cualquiera de los Premios si dicho Ganador o acompañante:

• no cumple con las instrucciones de UEFA o de cualquier otra empresa asociada con el Premio;
• no cumple con los términos y condiciones aplicables de terceros;
• actúa de una manera que sea peligrosa para ellos mismos o para el público;
• se comporta de manera antisocial o causa disturbios o molestias a los demás, o actúa de una manera que sea contraria al espíritu o la intención del Sorteo; o
• utiliza, o si UEFA sospecha razonablemente que el Ganador puede utilizar, los Premios para cualquier propósito comercial.

3.9 La decisión es definitiva y no se mantendrá ninguna correspondencia.

4 General

4.1 El Premio es el que se indica en cualquier mensaje o promoción que anuncie el Sorteo. Ni UEFA, ni PromoVeritas ni PepsiCo ofrecerán dinero en efectivo ni ninguna otra alternativa. El Premio no es transferible.

4.2 A excepción del coste de envío del Premio al Ganador, todos y cada uno de los demás costes y gastos (incluidos los gastos de viaje) que conlleve la reclamación del Premio correrán a cargo del Ganador. Todos y cada uno de los impuestos o derechos aplicables en relación con el Premio son responsabilidad del Ganador.

4.3 UEFA no aceptará ninguna responsabilidad por las inscripciones al Sorteo que se pierdan, extravíen, dañen, retrasen en el tránsito o no sean recibidas por UEFA, independientemente de la causa (incluido, por ejemplo, el resultado de cualquier fallo del equipo, mal funcionamiento técnico, fallo de los sistemas, satélite, red, servidor, hardware informático o software de cualquier tipo).

4.4 En la medida en que lo permita la ley, UEFA y sus agentes o distribuidores no serán en ningún caso responsables de indemnizar al Ganador o a cualquiera de los participantes ni aceptarán responsabilidad alguna por cualquier pérdida, daño, lesión personal o muerte que se produzca como consecuencia de la participación en el Sorteo o de la aceptación del Premio, excepto cuando se deba a la negligencia de UEFA y sus agentes o de sus distribuidores o empleados. Sus derechos legales no se verán afectados.

Para evitar cualquier duda, PepsiCo y cada una de sus respectivas filiales, afiliadas, propietarios, accionistas, directivos, consejeros, agentes, miembros, representantes y empleados no tendrán ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier reclamación que surja de o en relación con la participación en este Sorteo, excepto por cualquier responsabilidad que (i) no pueda excluirse por ley; (ii) surja en relación con el párrafo 5 siguiente.

4.5 UEFA tendrá derecho a cambiar o retirar cualquiera de los Premios a su absoluta discreción y por cualquier motivo (incluidos, entre otros, cualquier intento de vender, transferir o canjear cualquier Premio o restricción debida a la pandemia de covid-19 u otros acontecimientos de fuerza mayor).

4.6 UEFA no será responsable ante ningún Ganador si el Premio no puede entregarse o suministrarse (incluso debido a cualquier evento de fuerza mayor que pueda incluir, entre otros, desastres naturales, conflictos o guerras, epidemias o pandemias, ataques terroristas, incendios, huelgas laborales, acciones industriales o cualquier otro evento que esté fuera del control de UEFA). Además, UEFA no será responsable de que el Ganador o Ganadores no aprovechen el Premio por motivos de salud o cualquier otra razón.

4.7 Para evitar dudas, el uso de cualquier Premio estará sujeto a los términos y condiciones de los proveedores de servicios externos pertinentes.

5 Privacidad

5.1 Al participar en el Sorteo, UEFA utilizará los datos personales proporcionados en la Plataformas de UEFA en el momento de la inscripción o en el momento de la creación de su cuenta personal de MyUEFA.

5.2 Los datos personales solicitados para participar en el Sorteo son necesarios para tramitar y gestionar su participación y para poder otorgar el Premio. PromoVeritas (es decir, PROMOVERITAS LTD, MONUMENT HOUSE, 215 MARSH ROAD, LONDRES, HA5 5NE, REINO UNIDO), designada por UEFA y que actúa como encargada del tratamiento en este contexto, será la destinataria de los datos personales con el fin de organizar el Sorteo y el Premio.

5.3 Si ha dado su consentimiento en el momento de participar en el Sorteo, algunos de sus datos personales (nombre, apellidos, dirección de correo electrónico, país de residencia, fecha de nacimiento) serán transferidos y tratados por UEFA y PepsiCo, Inc. con fines comerciales o de marketing.

5.4 UEFA transferirá determinados datos personales del Ganador a PepsiCo, Inc. (en concreto, FRITO-LAY TRADING COMPANY (EUROPE) GMBH, SPITALGASSE 2, CH-3011, BERNA, SUIZA y PORTFOLIO CONCENTRATE SOLUTIONS UNLIMITED COMPANY, 70 SIR JOHN ROGERSON’S QUAY, DUBLIN 2 D02R296, CO. DUBLÍN, IRLANDA) con fines de comercialización (si procede) y para la entrega de los Premios.

5.5 UEFA también puede necesitar transferir determinados datos personales del Ganador del Primer Premio a la agencia (Fuse International Limited) y a los proveedores de servicios (por ejemplo, aerolíneas y hoteles) contratados por o en nombre de UEFA o PepsiCo, Inc. con el fin de entregar el Primer Premio. El Ganador del Primer Premio deberá proporcionar a UEFA la verificación de su identidad (por ejemplo, pasaporte o documento de identidad oficial), así como cualquier otra información y documentación necesaria para que UEFA pueda realizar los trámites pertinentes y entregar el Premio (por ejemplo, nombre, apellidos, fecha de nacimiento del Ganador y su acompañante, así como el nombre del aeropuerto de salida).

5.7 Usted comprende y reconoce que sus datos personales se recopilan, tratan y suministran durante el transcurso de este Sorteo de acuerdo con el Aviso de Privacidad de UEFA que puede encontrarse en: https://www.uefa.com/privacypolicy/index.html.

5.8 Sin limitar lo anterior, si gana el Sorteo y acepta el Premio, Usted y su acompañante (si procede) aceptan que puedan ser grabados o fotografiados y que las imágenes y secuencias audiovisuales de Usted y su acompañante puedan ser utilizadas por UEFA y sus socios comerciales con fines promocionales y comerciales.

6 Legislación y jurisdicción aplicables 

Estas Reglas y la relación entre Usted y UEFA se regirán por las leyes sustantivas de Suiza. Todas las disputas relacionadas con estas Reglas se someterán a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Nyon, Suiza.

Hospitality Predictor – Rules of the competition

ORGANISATION OF THE COMPETITION

1. These Rules apply to the free competition without obligation of purchase named “UEFA Champions League match night competition” (hereinafter “the Competition”), which is run by the Union des Associations Européennes de Football (“UEFA”, “We”, “Our”), a Swiss association that is located at 46 route de Genève, 1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland.

2. The Competition will take place every UEFA Champions League™ match night, from two (2) hours before kick off of the relevant match until kick-off of the relevant match (the “Competition Period”).

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 

3. Entry and participation are free.

4. The Competition is open to all guests who are invited to the Champions Club on the relevant match night with a valid ticket and a valid hospitality pass, with the exception of UEFA members of staff and members of staff of any companies involved in developing the Competition. UEFA reserves the right to alter or cancel the Competition at its sole discretion.

5. Children under the age of eighteen (18) (or who are not legal age in their country of residence where such legal age exceeds eighteen (18)) are not permitted to participate in the Competition.

6. Every application to participate in the Competition must be made by a natural person permitted to enter the Competition pursuant to paragraphs 4 and 5 above (“Participant”, “You”, “Your”) by registering on the UCL mobile app (the “Mobile App”).

7. Access and registration to the Competition requires You to fill in personal details and enter the relevant match code on the Mobile App. By registering, You represent and warrant that the information You include as part of the access process is accurate and not misleading.

8. In respect of Your access to and use of the Mobile App, You agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself. If You provide, or UEFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that You have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or UEFA otherwise reasonably considers that You have failed to comply with any provisions of these Rules, UEFA has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your participation in the Competition and/or Your access and use of UEFA’s platforms. In addition, You must not use any artificial intelligence (AI) tool when participating in the Competition and if UEFA otherwise reasonably considers that You have used any such AI tool then UEFA has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your participation in the Competition.

9. When You enter and participate in the Competition, You are bound to accept that You must participate in the Competition in accordance with these Rules and the Terms and Conditions of uefa.com, available on https://www.uefa.com/termsconditions/index.html).

MECHANICS OF THE COMPETITION

10. The Competition comprises two separate games – one in the form of a ‘predictor’ game and the other in the form of a ‘more/less’ game, both of which are available via the Mobile App (Participants may play either or both games). In order to enter the Competition and play the relevant game(s), each Participant must:

• Open the Mobile App;
• Register with the relevant match code and fill in the compulsory fields of the entry form (e.g. surname, first name, valid email and address, score prediction, more/less responses and provide confirmation that they are permitted to enter into the Competition);
• Submit their application to the Competition during the Competition Period.

11. By clicking on the “Submit” button within the Mobile App, the Participant confirms their registration and becomes eligible to enter the Competition subject to these Rules.

PRIZE

12. The Competition is made up of the following prizes:
• in relation to the ‘predictor’ game, a Home Club Official Jersey; and
• in relation to the ‘more/less’ game, an official UCL match ball.

SELECTION OF THE WINNER

13. The winner of the Competition will be selected:
(i) in the case of the ‘predictor’ game, by draw via a random selection algorithm following the final whistle of the relevant match; and
(ii) in the case of the ‘more/less’ game, by selecting the highest scoring player (in the event of a tie, a random selection algorithm will be used). As the results are announced when guests have returned to the Champions Club following the final whistle of the relevant match, Participants must be present in the Champions Club at such time in order to be able to claim the relevant prize.

14. The designation of the winners will happen once their eligibility for the relevant prize has been verified and each winner will be required to show:
• a copy of their identification document;
• their valid Champions Club hospitality pass for the relevant match night; and
• their phone showing the correctly predicted score / answers in the Mobile App.

15. If the relevant winning guest is no longer present at the Champions Club at the time the announcement is made, is ineligible and/or otherwise fails to claim the relevant prize, the relevant guest waives their right to claim such prize. In such circumstances, UEFA shall have no liability and the prize may be forfeited and UEFA may conduct a further draw to select an alternative winner.

16. Participants may only win one prize per season. If the relevant winning guest has already won a prize in that season then the prize shall be forfeited and UEFA may conduct a further draw to select an alternative winner.

17. The decision of UEFA is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Any prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising the Competition. No cash or other alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.

19. Any and all other costs and expenses involved in claiming a prize are the responsibility of the winner (other than the costs referred to in Paragraph 27). Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

20. Insofar as is permitted by law, UEFA and its agents and/or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Competition or accepting any prize except to the extent it is caused by the negligence of UEFA and its agents and/or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. In addition, UEFA shall not be liable to any winner if the relevant prize cannot be delivered and/or supplied (including due to a force majeure event such as the Covid-19 pandemic).

21. UEFA will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are not received by UEFA (including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind).

PERSONAL DATA

22. By entering the Competition, UEFA will use the personal data as mentioned in paragraph 10 above.

23. The personal data requested to enter the Competition is necessary to make and handle Your participation and/or to be able to award the prize.

24. UEFA may need to transfer certain personal data of the winner to any third party appointed by UEFA for the purpose of delivering the relevant prize.

25. The personal data gathered is only collected and processed by UEFA and/or the third parties referred to in paragraphs 24 and 30 for no longer than is necessary for handling of Your participation in the Competition/the above requirements, unless otherwise provided by law.

26. You understand and acknowledge that Your personal data supplied during the course of the Competition will be collected and processed in accordance with UEFA’s Privacy Policy set out at http://www.uefa.com/privacypolicy/.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE DRAW FOR WINNER OF PREDICTOR GAME

27. The winner of each predictor game (excluding the winners from the semi-final) will additionally be automatically entered into a further prize draw to win a trip to the UEFA Champions League™ Final (the “Final Prize”). The Final Prize will consist of:

• Two (2) UEFA Champions League™ Final tickets with hospitality;
• Return flights in economy class from any European airport for the winner of the Final Prize and one (1) guest (with such guest also flying from the same airport as the winner);
• Airport and airport/hotel transfers; and
• Accommodation for one (1) night in a hotel chosen by UEFA.

28. The winner of the Final Prize will be selected by draw via a random selection algorithm following the conclusion of the quarter final matches.

29. The winner will be contacted by UEFA via email (using the email address supplied by the Participant in the Mobile App). Failure to respond within ninety-six (96) hours may result in UEFA selecting an alternative winner. The winner must provide UEFA with verification of their identity (e.g. passport or official ID card) as well as all other information and documentation necessary to enable UEFA to make the relevant arrangements and to deliver the Final Prize (e.g. name, surname, date of birth for the winner and their guest as well as the name of their departure airport).

30. UEFA may need to transfer certain personal data of the winner to the travel agency (currently Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT)) and the service providers (e.g. airline, hotel and transfer company) engaged by or on behalf of UEFA for the purpose of delivering the Final Prize.

31. Except where otherwise stated in paragraphs 28, 29 and 30, the provisions of the Rules set out above in relation to the Competitions shall apply equally to the Final Prize (all necessary changes being made).

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

32. These Rules and the relationship between You and UEFA shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. All disputes in connection with these Rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon, Switzerland.
